30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with TechBuddy Premium for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@techybuddy.lovable.app and we will help you process the refund.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window from your first purchase are not automatically refundable, but please contact us if you believe your situation is exceptional and we'll do our best to help.
