How to send a photo by email
We will write a message and add a picture. Take your time — you are doing great.
Which device are you using?
Steps look different on each one. Tap yours and we'll tailor every step for you.
Open your email
Find the icon that looks like a white envelope. Click it one time with your left mouse button.
Click the 'Compose' or 'New' button
It is usually in the top corner. It may have a pencil or a plus sign next to it.
Type the person's email address
In the box that says 'To', type the email address of the person you want to write to.
💡 An email address always has the @ symbol in it.
Add the photo
Look for a paperclip icon. Click it, then choose the photo you want to send from your computer.
Press 'Send'
Find the blue button that says 'Send' and click it once. That's it — your photo is on its way!
