How to print a document
Make sure your printer is turned on first.

Open the document you want to print
It can be an email, a webpage, or a Word document.

Hold the Control key and press P
On a Mac, hold Command and press P. A print window will pop up.

Choose your printer
Pick its name from the list at the top.

Click 'Print'
Your printer will start working. Listen for the gentle whirring sound.
