What to do when there is no sound
Most of the time, the volume is just turned down.

Look at the bottom right of your screen
Find the little speaker icon.

Click the speaker icon
A small slider will appear. Drag the dot to the right to make it louder.

Check your headphones
If you have headphones plugged in, sound comes from them — not the computer's speakers.

Still no sound?
Try restarting the computer. That fixes many little problems.
